More Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Also contained in this latest document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and includes a key detailing distinct parts of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.

More documentation disclosed as part of the current congressional release.
